Stingy A3 defense thwarts rallies as FSBE falls 5-1

A game of inches can turn into a game of luck very quickly as A3 managed 4 bloop singles en route to a 5-1 victory over FSBE. Coming into the game with a decorated resumé, Brendan Ness (0-1) is no stranger getting in and out of tough situations.

Ness worked 2 innings of 2 run ball with 3 ks. Davian Giles recorded 6ks in 3 tough innings of work. Kevin Fonseca made his FSBE debut with 2ks and a pickoff and Zach Sullivan pitched a scoreless 7th.

FSBE will play A3 Sports in the first day game down at Pasco Hernando State College on February 2nd.
