Pitchers duel ends in wild pitch for FSBE as IMG squeaks by 2-1

Hitting wasn’t on the menu during FSBE season opener on a windy day at IMG Academy in Bradenton. RHP Landon Gruenwald started the game with 3 solid innings of work, followed by RHP Nate Miller with 2 innings quality pitching. Zach Sullivan (0-1) walked the lead off hitter who managed to score on a wild pitch.

FSBE got 1 run on 4 hits while IMG got 2 runs on 3 hits. More runs will need to come handy as FSBE Academy will look to take on A3 Sports for the next four matchups at Pasco-Hernando State College
